With over 25 years of experience in the digital industry, Louis co-founded Code in 1999 with Wini Tse and Tony Foggett.
Early in his career, Louis initially focused on multimedia, technology, and user-experience, animating and coding award-winning projects. His role later expanded to cover digital strategy and agile delivery for large-scale web and mobile products with household names such as Oxfam, BBC, and Hillarys.
Louis has undertaken numerous roles at Code including Operations Director, heading up the UX team, and Managing Director, before settling in his current role in the Senior Leadership Team. Louis splits his time between Code and its parent company EssenceMediacom, where he sits on the North Group Exco, supporting with business strategies and operational change. His role at Code centres around leading the organisational change offering, which means each day is different as he oscillates between both brands – working on pitches, consulting on projects, and offering leadership support to each team.
As an early adopter of digital services, Louis is passionate about transforming businesses and driving organisational change from the inside out. From his experience in agile delivery, Louis can empower teams to work more efficiently, creating a positive workplace culture.
