Coming from an education background and developing my knowledge of digital technology, I have a solid base to help guide you in the consideration processes and support in adoption of AITools.

In education I honed my training skills and considered how to best engage, guide and share knowledge, life skill and build independent thinkers, who develop strong relationships and have a solid grounding in helping others to achieve their full potential.

As our world gets ever complex the views we hold and how we interact with others is critical to success and the greater good of society.

Through key management and executive roles within education, originally as a teacher, on the ground ensuring change, then managing others teachers and subject leaders and finally as a head and trust advisor directing best practice and skill sharing getting the best out of everyone whatever their background, skills and experiences is key

Seeing how change management practices are pivotal to adopting any beneficial tools and training. I now want to spread the word. I have seen increasingly how the pressures of work expectations impact on employees. I also recognise that in my own roles anything that can drive efficiency and free up time from performing menial repetitive tasks can significantly change mindset and attitudes to work. Therefore showcasing the benefits which AI tools can bring and supporting teams in this process is a passion I am keen to share.

With anything new, time and money are factors but the biggest pivot to success is promoting a positive attitudes and strong relationship with peers and colleagues. Through guidance, support and training, which I am able to tailor to individual and team needs, anything is possible!
