Ed Boiling is a Customer Engineer for the Google Maps Platform. In his role, Ed works closely with large-scale ride hailing, food delivery and automotive companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa on customer engagement and operational efficiency. Ed’s background consists of software engineering, solution architecture, and technical consultancy for web based geospatial projects. He advises customers in travel, transportation, auto, ridesharing and food delivery industries how to best implement Google Maps APIs and SDKs in their services. He is currently based in London.
