PNT guys and 5G guys have, to date, not really talked to one another. However, with the steady but costly roll out of 5G in urban areas, and spoofing and jamming concerns around GNSS on the up, there is growing curiosity on both sides about the possible upside of PNT/5G interoperability. Come and find out how new low level satcomms can work with terrestrial 5G to decrease rollout costs outside of urban areas, how 5G can help with improving PNT resilience and how, though convergence, true ubiquitous connectivity (urban, mountains, marine, in-building, underground) may at last be a real possibility.
